JCWIFI After Hours Support: JCWIFI offers after hours support on weeknights from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and weekends from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The after hours number is closed on the following holidays: Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

When calling the after hours number, if no one answers, be sure to leave a message with your full name, service address and phone number.

After 10:00 p.m. and prior to 8:30 a.m., you will be redirected to the office voicemail and these calls will be returned during normal business hours. On weekends, if not calling between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., your message will not be received until the next business day. If you need assistance sooner, please call between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 pm.
